Terms

All RACY products are covered against manufacturing defects for the following periods:

RACY SCS Clamp — 60 days
RACY Lite Fork — 90 days
RACY Future HIC Clamp — 180 days
RACY Wheels — 21 days (covers core deformation and polyurethane separation only)

The manufacturer is not responsible for any threaded connections or overtightening. Please tighten all components carefully, in a cross pattern, at a torque of 10–15 Nm.

Returns & Exchanges

Warranty claims are only accepted for orders placed directly through our store. If you purchased a RACY product from a local dealer, please contact them directly.
All warranty claims require the product to be returned in full, complete configuration.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
